Drug Use Profile

* Teens are using at a younger age and dabbling in a variety of new drugs including over-the-counter and prescription drugs. The two most abused over the counter drugs were Coricidin and Robitussin. The two most abused prescription drugs were Hydrocodone and Oxycontin.

* Technology has made it easier for kids to acquire and sell drugs...do you know where your children have been on the internet or who they are texting cell messages to??

* Teens continue to mix a wide variety of drugs and either do not care or do not believe in the serious consequences

These facts and percentages are based on a March 2005 survey done at Renaissance Campus with our clients.
