Peer awareness program

Two alumni talking

The Peer Awareness Program allows Renaissance Campus clients and alumni to lead frank discussions with 6th through 12th graders in local schools and youth groups. To date, over 20 school districts have participated in the free program and more importantly, more than 25,000 students have heard first-hand accounts of the dangers and consequences of drug and alcohol use.

To have a Peer Awareness Panel at your school, you must reach the criteria below:

"" Must fundraise or hold a fundraiser for the Kids Escaping Drugs Campaign within the calendar
"" school year
"" Our first priority is to share the dangers of drugs and alcohol with middle school students;
"" however, we will visit area high schools
"" All panels must be conducted between the hours of 11:00am - 2:30pm

To plan your school’s Peer Awareness Panel, please call our the KED offices at (716) 827-9462.
